She will push you beyond your comfort zone, where change happens! I started training one-on-one with Amanda just over a year ago. I was so frustrated with the childcare at my former gym that i stopped going altogether. I was tired, overweight and weak. When I discovered Blissful Balance’s parent-centric, child-friendly format, I decided to give Amanda a try.
As a homeschooling mom. it was of utmost importance that my kids have the chance to work out with me (and not be plopped in front of a screen somewhere.) While they sometimes just play quietly on the yoga mats, the point is that they are present and absorbing the message that taking care of ourselves is important.
